Dickey's Doing Good tells good stories about good people doing good things in the community. Our guest this time is Rockwall Police Detective Laurie Burks.

Laurie has been with Rockwall Police Department since 2004, and has served as patrol officer, field training officer and is the first female member of the SWAT Containment Team in Rockwall. Laurie is also Rockwall Police Department’s domestic violence detective and Crime Victim Liaison where she helps fight for victim’s rights.
